José Luis Riera began his professional career at KPMG after completing a Masters in Account Auditing, graduating with degrees in Economics and Business, and receiving an MBA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Before joining Celistics he was Head of Structured Finance at HSBC Bank in Spain. As Manager of Caja Madrid in China and Trade Commissioner for IVEX in Cuba he gained deep and broad experience in international business and finance. José Luis is a member of the Board of Directors of La Seda de Barcelona, a Spanish multinational chemical corporation. During his stay in China he was elected Chairman to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Asian super power. José Luis has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Celistics to attain the company’s uppermost financial objectives.
